EOS G-202 Candy Magic Pink Review

Direct Sunlight || Natural Light || Direct Sunlight || Natural Light

Candy Magic comes in a 14.5mm diameter. They have a smaller series the mini candy magic which is J-202 instead of G-202. Even though this pair is the same diameter as the Super Nudy Gray I had, I find that I like this one’s enlargement more. Maybe because the SNG pair makes my eyes look all one solid colour so it looks like alien eyes. This one gives enough enlargement without looking freaky.

The first thing I noticed about this pair was the super thick outer ring. There’s a lot of black lines too so there’s not much pink in the design. This is good if you really want to wear some pink lenses but don’t want it to be too overwhelming. In pictures it almost seems brown instead. Up close, it’s a bit of a muted pink.

Again, just like the Super Nudy pair, despite the bigger size, it’s very thin. The thinness makes it very comfortable to wear. As soon as you put it on, it seems to disappear. It didn’t feel dry at all.

I’m not quite sure where to put these on the scale of natural and unique. I think probably in the middle. If you’re looking for something that’s kind of fun (what with it being pink) but not too flashy, these will probably be a good choice. They lighten your eyes and are a brown-pink when far away. The enlargement on it isn’t too overwhelming so it’s good if you want to enlarge your eyes but not go over the top. A nice pick when you know you’re going to be taking pictures!!
